Where to find the live schema and how to reach Ladder.

• Live schema and Swagger: https://api.myladder.africa/partner/docs/ (also /partner/redoc/ and /partner/swagger.json). The API reference on this site is generated from the same schema.
• Technical contact: as agreed in your partnership onboarding. When you write, quote the LPO_, LPF_ or LPM_ reference and, for a webhook, the evt_ id; that is how Ladder finds the exact exchange on its side.
• Status codes to escalate: a 502 funding_provider_unavailable that persists beyond a few retries, or a 503 funding_account_not_configured for a currency you were told is open.
