# Support

> Where to find the live schema and how to reach Ladder.

* **Live schema and Swagger**: `https://api.myladder.africa/partner/docs/` (also `/partner/redoc/` and `/partner/swagger.json`). The API reference on this site is generated from the same schema.
* **Technical contact**: as agreed in your partnership onboarding. When you write, quote the `LPO_`, `LPF_` or `LPM_` reference and, for a webhook, the `evt_` id; that is how Ladder finds the exact exchange on its side.
* **Status codes to escalate**: a `502 funding_provider_unavailable` that persists beyond a few retries, or a `503 funding_account_not_configured` for a currency you were told is open.
